- 2 cups Oats (it could be Rolled Oats)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Date syrup
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A little oil to brush the pan.
- Pour soymilk, eggs, oil, banana, date syrup, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and oats into a blender and blend.
- Brush your pan with little oil and fry.
Note: You can substitute Date Syrup with Honey)
