- Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions
- Put your cooked soybeans into a bowl, add chopped cucumber, green bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, Apple cider vinegar, cashew nuts and mix.
- Your salad is ready to eat.
Note: You can use any veggies you want or have available. Add chicken or fish if you desire.
You can also add mashed avocado or Greek yogurt if you prefer a creamy dressing.
There are no restrictions.
