Ingredients
- 2 cups of soya beans
- 10 cups of water
- 1 unripe plantain
- ½ cup of fried groundnuts
- Honey, sugar or sweetener for taste (optional)

Directions
- Sort the soya beans in a tray and throw out bad beans, dirt, and soil
- Wash the soya beans and leave overnight to air-dry
- In a saucepan, roast the soya beans until they turn crispy and golden brown and the peel comes off easily. (Stir occasionally)
- Blend or grind the soya beans while it is still hot. (set aside)
- Wash and peel the unripe plantain
- Slice plantain into very thin slices and leave out in the sun to dry
- Roast the raw groundnuts in a saucepan until golden brown, then set aside to cool
- Peel the groundnut to separate the nuts from the peel
- Place all the ingredients in a heavy duty blender and blend
- Store the powder in an airtight container
