- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp. date sugar
- 1/4 tbsp. vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- Pour 2 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 cup soy milk into a blender and whisk. Add 2 tbsp. date sugar, 1/4 tbsp. vanilla essence, 2 eggs and mix thoroughly
- Place ramekins in steam pot, oil them and pour in the mix.
- Steam till it is done. Stick a toothpick inside the pudding to check if it is done.
