- Chopped onions
- Marinated chicken

- Corn starch slurry
Direction
- Pour cooking oil into a pot. Add chopped onions, marinated chicken, curry, turmeric, seasoning black pepper, ginger powder and soy milk.
- Stir and allow to cook.
- Pour in carrots, bell peppers and corn starch slurry.
- Allow it simmer and serve with rice or any staple of your choice.
