- Canned peas
- Chicken stock
- Soy milk
- All-purpose seasoning spice
- Black pepper
- Fresh pepper
- Spring Onions
- Pour chicken stock into a pot, add soy milk, chopped onions, garlic, thyme, all-purpose seasoning spice, black pepper, fresh pepper and spring onions.
- Stir and bring to a slow boil.
- Pour in the canned peas into the boiling mix, add the rice, stir and allow to cook.
- Fluff the rice when it is cooked and serve.
