- Soy milk
- Cinnamon powder
- Rolled oats
- Apple puree
- Sliced apples
- Warm honey or sweetener of choice
- Pour soy milk into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add cinnamon powder and oats into the boiling soy milk and stir.
- Pour in the apple puree, stir and allow to cook.
- Stir the oats porridge, serve with sliced apples, add warm honey or any sweetener of choice
